Service Description. This Site describes Tacos, Hamburgers, Tortas, Quesabirrias provided by Taco 'N Madre. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Taco 'N Madre and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Taco 'N Madre makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Damages. Taco 'N Madre is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Taco 'N Madre from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Law and Venue. CO law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CO.
